بيان حول المذبحة المرتكبة ضد المعتصمين في ساحة التغيير بصنعاء ظهر 18/3/2011

وقد تأكد لراصدينا أن الهجوم جرى التدبير والإعداد المسبق له منذ الصباح  في المنطقة الواقعة بين شارع الرقاص والمبنى القديم لجامعة صنعاء حيث شوهدت تحركات مكثفة لأفراد وجماعات مناصرة للحزب الحاكم استخدمت أثناءها مكبرات الصوت لحث المواطنين على مواجهه المعتصمين في ساحة التغيير وعدم السكوت على استمرارهم في الاعتصام ومن بين السيارات التي رصدت وهي تتجول في شارع الدائري الغربي وتحرض المواطنين :

  • سيارة أجرة برقم 7580/6
  • سيارة خصوصي برقم 59925/1
  • وسيارة خصوصي برقم 60776/1

أما القوات التي شوهد توجهها إلى أماكن الهجوم على المعتصمين فهي قوات الحرس الجمهوري والأمن المركزي كما أفاد شاهد عيان انه شاهد مجموعات كبيرة من العسكريين من الأمن المركزي بلباس مدني يحمل بعضهم العصي خرجت من معسكر الامن المركزي متجهه صوب الساحة .

وقد تأكد للمرصد بان الكثير من حالات القتل والجرح قد نجمت عن إصابات مباشرة في الرأس والصدر كما أن عدداً من الضحايا كانوا يقفون في مواقع بعيدة جداً عن منطقة الاشتباك ما يشير إلى أن المهاجمين هم قناصة متخصصون توزعوا على المباني المجاورة للساحة وهو أمر أكده احد مصادر المعلومات التي تلقاها المرصد  , ووفقاً للمصادر الميدانية فإن غالبية مداخل ساحة التغيير بصنعاء  محاصرة حيث عززت المداخل والأحياء المجاورة لها بعد ظهر هذا اليوم بأعداد كبيرة من القوات , وقد وردت أخبار مؤكدة قبيل إصدار بياننا هذا عند الساعة الخامسة عصراً أن هجوماً أخر قد شن مجدداً على ساحة التغيير من جهة جامعة صنعاء القديمة أطلق فيه الرصاص الحي والغازات المسيلة للدموع , وسقط على أثرة المزيد من الضحايا , واشتركت فيه القوات الموكل اليها حماية الساحة .

والمرصد اليمني لحقوق الإنسان إذ يدين هذه الجرائم المرتكبة بحق المشاركين في الاعتصامات السلمية فأنه يؤكد على أن الحكومة اليمنية خاصة في الأحداث الأخيرة , وقد لجأت لانتهاج إجراءات وأساليب غير مشروعة وخطيرة ومبالغ فيها أهدرت كل ما تحقق على صعيد  حقوق الإنسان والديمقراطية , وإزاء كل ذلك فإن المرصد اليمني يعبر أنه لم يعد بالمقدور الاعتماد على المؤسسات الوطنية في حماية حقوق المواطنين وسلامتهم الأمر الذي يتطلب من كل المعنيين بحقوق الإنسان من منظمات دولية وإقليمية على رأسها مجلس حقوق الإنسان ومجلس الأمن الدولي وكل شركاء اليمن التحول صوب الآليات الدولية المعتمدة لحماية حقوق الإنسان والعمل الجاد وبصورة عاجلة من اجل إجبار السلطات  اليمنية على وقف أعمال القتل والتنكيل بالمواطنين ومحاسبة المسئولين عن كل الأحداث التي نالت من حياة المعتصمين وسلامتهم.
