وفي الوقت الذي تحذر فيه المنظمات من خطورة استمرار السلطات في في هذة الممارسات وما ستتركه من مترتبات فأنها تحمل رئيس الجمهورية وكافة الجهات الامنية والقضائية المسؤلية الكاملة عن ذلك .

وتؤكد على ضرورة تقديم كافة المسئولين عن اعمال البلطجة ومحاسبتهم علناً .

كما تناشد المنظمات الراي العام العالمي والدولي والمنظمات الدولية و الاقليمية المحلية بذل المزيد من الجهود والضغط على السلطات في اليمن لوقف هذه الانتهاكات والعمل على حماية حياة المواطنين  وامنهم .
