في إطار حملة قام بها المركز اليمني لحقوق الإنسان

51 منظمة توقع بيان ادانه واستنكار لجرائم قوات التحالف بقيادة السعودية على اليمن

مجزرة جزيرة ((عقبان)) محافظة الحديدة – غرب اليمن

تحل علينا الذكرى الثانية لمجزرة استهداف الصيادين اليمنيين بمحافظة الحديدة الساحلية غرب اليمن (جزيرة عقبان )  ان هذه المجزرة البشعة التي ارتكبتها قوات التحالف بقيادة المملكة السعودية بحق الصيادين الساعة الواحدة ظهراً من يوم الخميس الموافق 22 أكتوبر 2015م

أثناء قيامهم بممارسة اعمالهم اليومية في الاصطياد لتأمين الغذاء لأطفالهم وأسرهم من خلال امتهانهم لمهنة صيد الاسماك وبيعها كالمعتاد اثناء تواجد ما يربو على المائة صياداً متوزعين في ستة قوارب صيد تنهال عليهم الصواريخ المحرمة دولياً من طائرات ومقاتلات قوات التحالف بقيادة السعودي وما ان استهدفهم الصاروخ الاول حتى هرع زملائهم لإسعافهم ليحول بينهم وبين الجرحى صاروخ اخر يستهدف المسعفين وهكذا ولعدد (15) صاروخ ومن نجا وحاول الهروب من تلك الصواريخ تلاحقه طائرات الاباتشي الى داخل الجزيرة لتقضي علية وتحول بين وصول فرق الانقاذ الى المنطقة ويستمر تحليق المقاتلات فوق الجزيرة لإيام لتضاعف المعاناة .

ووفقاً للإحصائيات الرسمية ، اسفرت هذه المجزرة عن قتل (45) صياد وجرح عدد (12) صياد استطاعت فرق الانقاذ  العثور على اشلاء بعضهم والبعض الاخر تحللت اجسادهم ومنهم من  لفضه البحر الى اليابسة وتم العثور عليهم بعد ايام ، هذه المجزرة وبكل تفاصيلها المؤلمة والمؤرقة للإنسانية ستضل عالقة في مخيلة ذوي واسر الصيادين فكل صياد له حكاية وله اسرة تنتظر عودته بقليل من الاسماك ليكون غذائها لا سيما وان القتلى هم الاشد فقراً ويعيشون تحت خط الفقر واذا تأتي هذه الذكرى الاليمة لكل هذه الاسر المكلومة والتي لن تغفر لقوات التحالف السعودي جرائمها بحقهم ولن تنسى ذلك المشهد الذي يعكس بشاعة المجزرة وتعمد التحالف على ارتكابها في ظل تستر دولي الا ان البحر الاحمر سجل تلك المجزرة بجميع تفاصيلها وكذا سجل تواطء الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات التابع لها مع هذه المجزرة وكل الجرائم التي استهلها التحالف في 21مارس 2015م  .

واذ يجدد الموقعين على هذا البيان ادانتهم واستنكارهم لهذا المجزرة المروعة ولكل المجازر المرتكبة بحق الأبرياء من أبناء الشعب اليمني ، ونعلن عبر هذا البيان لكل من تبقى له ضمير من انسانية من احرار العالم ان يعلن عن سخطه وغضبة وادانته نحو جرائم التحالف بقيادة السعودية وضرورة التحرك والوقوف الى جانب المظلومية الكبرى للشعب اليمني تجاه ما يتعرض له من جرائم ابادة الجماعية وجرائم حرب وانتهكت فيه قوات التحالف كل القوانين  والاعراف السماوية والدولية والمحلية وارتكبت كل المحرمات وبمختلف انواع الاسلحة المحرمة دولياً

كما ان جميع الموقعين على هذا البيان يرفعون الصوت عاليا لإسماع العالم مأساوية الوضع الانساني الكارثي في اليمن ولتسليط الضوء على ما تسببت فيه قوات التحالف بقيادة السعودية بتعمدها ايقاف وتعطيل كافة جوانب الحياة لشعب اليمن ونطالب بضرورة فتح ملف تحقيق نزية تجاة هذه المجازر والجرائم الشبة يومية بحق اليمن ارضاً وانساناً .مما يصبح وجوباً على كافة المحاكم الدولية والمنابر الحقوقية في إنحاء العالم وعلى رأسهم الأمم المتحدة ومجلس الأمن ومجلس حقوق الإنسان والمفوضية السامية الأوربية ومحكمة الجنايات الدولية إلى اعلان ادانتهم تجاه الجرائم وتجاه الوضع الإنساني في اليمن .

ولذا:

1-    نطالب بالوقف الفوري لجميع انواع الاعمال العسكرية لقوات التحالف بقيادة السعودية في اليمن .

2-    ندين ونستنكر ما قامت به قوات التحالف بقيادة السعودية من استهداف للصيادين بجزيرة عقبان محافظة الحديدة بالصواريخ مخلفاً إبادة جماعية راح ضحيتها أكثر من 45 قتيل وعشرات الجرحى من الصيادين.

3-    نحمل التحالف بقيادة السعودية مسؤولية جرائمهم في اليمن ونطالب بضرورة فتح تحقيق ومسالة الجناة .

4-    نحمل الأمم المتحدة كافة المسؤولية تجاه ما يحصل في اليمن من جرائم حرب وجرائم ابادة جراء صمتها وتسترها على التحالف بقيادة السعودية
